Pre-orders

What are Pre-Orders?

Pre-orders allow you to purchase items before they are officially released. This helps fund the initial production costs. Please note that pre-orders become non-refundable after 48 hours of purchase

How Long Do I Have to Wait for a Pre-Order Item?

Production timelines vary by product category:

Enamel Pins: 2 to 3 months

Plushies: 3 to 5 months

Plush Keychains: 3 to 5 months

Keychains and Standees: 4 to 8 weeks

Mugs: 1 to 2 months

Apparel: 2 to 3 months

Can I Change or Cancel My Pre-Order?

Pre-orders are non-refundable after 48 hours of purchase. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

Do Pre-Orders Include Exclusive Bonuses?

Yes! Many pre-orders come with freebies or special bonuses that are not available when the items are in stock.

What Happens If My Pre-Order Is Delayed?

If there are significant delays, we will notify you via email and provide an updated estimated shipping date.

Can I Add Items to My Existing Pre-Order?

Yes! You can contact us at info@malvaely.com to add more items to your pre-order. Once we update your order, you’ll receive an invoice via email to complete the payment.

Do Pre-Orders Ever Sell Out Completely?

Some pre-orders are limited and may sell out before the pre-order period ends. Once the items arrive to us, a small number may still be available for sale in the shop, but these additional units are limited in quantity and do not include any pre-order freebies or bonuses. Pre-ordering is the best way to ensure you get the full perks.

What If I Don’t Want to Wait for a Pre-Order Item?

Once pre-order items arrive, they will be listed as in-stock products in our shop. Keep in mind that some bonuses may only be available during the pre-order period.

What Happens If I Buy an In-Stock Item and a Pre-Order Item Together?

Your package will not ship until the pre-order item arrives. To receive in-stock items sooner, place separate orders.

Do You Ship Worldwide?

Yes! We ship orders worldwide from Texas, USA. Customs fees or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

How Much Is Shipping?

Shipping costs depend on your location, the size of your order, and the shipping method you choose at checkout. You’ll see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase, so there are no surprises!

Once I’ve Placed an Order, How Long Will It Take to Ship?

Once your order is placed, we usually process and ship it within a few business days. For pre-orders, shipping will happen once the items arrive from production.

How Long Will It Take for My Order to Arrive Once It’s Been Shipped?

For US orders, packages usually arrive within 2–6 business days. International orders may take up to 4 weeks. Please note that we can’t control delays that may happen with the shipping carrier during transit, but we’ll provide a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your order every step of the way.

Do You Ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, as long as the carrier services your area. For international P.O. boxes, delivery may be limited.

Do You Ship to APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses?

Yes! We ship to military addresses. Standard shipping times may be longer for these destinations, and international customs rules may still apply.

Do You Offer Expedited Shipping?

Currently, we offer standard shipping. If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us at info@malvaely.com to discuss options and additional costs.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order and see its delivery status.

How Do International Customs or Taxes Work?

International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes. Orders are labeled as “merchandise” to help with customs clearance.

Can I Change My Shipping Address After Placing an Order?

Yes! Please fill out the Change Address Request Form as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, address changes are no longer possible.

What Should I Do If My Package Is Lost or Damaged?

Do I Have a Limited Time to Report Defective Items?

Yes, please report defective or damaged items within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos.

What Should I Do If I Receive a Defective or Incorrect Item?

If your item arrives defective or isn’t what you ordered, don’t worry. Just contact us with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Do You Accept Exchanges for Different Sizes or Colors?

We only accept exchanges for items that are defective or incorrect. For size or color preferences, we recommend double-checking your order before purchasing to make sure it’s perfect for you.

Are There Any Restocking Fees?

Good news, there are no restocking fees for approved returns. We want your experience to be as stress-free as possible!

Yes! You can split your order into multiple shipments if needed. Just keep in mind that shipping costs will apply for each shipment.

Each product page includes a size chart to help you pick the perfect fit. You can also check the product images and our Instagram for photos of how our apparel looks when worn.

When Will Out-of-Stock Items Be Back?

Are Enamel Pins, Plushies, or Other Products Safe for Children?

Most of our products are safe for all ages. Please note that enamel pins are not safe for children and adult supervision is recommended for any small parts.

Can I Request a Bulk Order or Wholesale Quote?
