- By pre-ordering an item from MalvaEly’s Shop, you are agreeing with the following terms.
Pre-orders are orders placed in advance of an item(s) being produced. Therefore, it can take anywhere from 2-5 months for the product(s) to be made. Since pre-orders help to fund the initial manufacturing cost of the items(s), the funds will go straight to a manufacturer. Purchasing a pre-order slot is non-refundable after 48 hours.
- Placing an order:
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order. Once you have placed an order with MalvaEly, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.
- MalvaEly’s Returns/Refunds policy.
We do not accept returns, however, you may exchange or get a refund for your item(s) under the following circumstances:
❀ You received the wrong item.
❀The item you received was extremely damaged.
- Taxes, customs, or duties.
International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by MalvaEly, and thus cannot be refunded.
- Shipping Estimates & Explanations.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. When placing your order, consider these factors when calculating your estimated delivery date.
- Order Processing (In-stock items): The amount of time it will take for us to prepare your order for shipping. It will take 1 to 3 business days to process your order.
- Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to deliver to your shipping address.

- EU/UK Customers are responsible for any import VAT, taxes and fees. All EU/UK customers will be liable for their own VAT tax if req.
