I was recently not satisfied with my last set of purchase because of packaging and quality of the stickers I bought & I’m a huge fan of MalvaEly merchandise. I bought stuff since her release of Winter Bear. When I made my order for winter bear I bought it with a friend but we opened it together & I was so in love not only because of the item but the quality and packaging. I was so in love I bought a second 1. From there I bought everything else. I noticed the packaging change when Kookie came out which was fine until it wasn’t. My NJ plushie was not in good condition and stickers were different from my first ever set. I was so heartbroken. I got a feedback for my feedback & MalvaEly have been nonstop working on changing that. I’m so impressed the customer care exceeded my expectations. She made sure to address all concerns & even sent me remade stickers & a special gift. I’m glad she chose to keep the integrity of her business and fixed what is needed. Thank you.
