I left a review of the other mug I bought with this one under that product (BTS iconic phrases mug). The same things I said there apply here.

I will also relay that this shop has fantastic customer service. The USPS lost my order the first time it was sent, and when I let the site owner know I never received it, it was taken care of immediately. They got back to me really quickly, and sent out a new package right away. They didn't give me any hassle or try to make excuses like some places would. Would definitely recommend this shop to others looking for cute and quality BTS products.
